HeadHunter Monster Carbo

Wow...just got in from a multi-day spearing trip. I took the largest Carbo I've ever landed! I also believe it's a record Black taken by a diver! Offical weight of 134 Lbs! Here's a pic of the beast. I'll post details and lots more pics from the trip as soon as I can. A really cool detail is that I was wearing a GoPro and got the whole dive on video. A truly great feeling to spear a personal best Black and capture it on video! Will try and get the video up on youtube asap. Here's the beast on a picture perfect day!

Nice shooting Dan !!! I saw rich this morning and he told me about and i couldn't wait to see the pictures. I hope the rest of the trip was just as good cant wait for the whole story and video !!!!

Hey Dan awesome fish.Plz lemme know the gutted weight.I had to gut mine as it was on day 2 and have always wondered how those big blacks fared with gut weight.Awesomer still you got it on vid.Congratulations.
