Latest Recommendations for Go Pro 2 and Flat Lens

Any recommendations for a Go Pro setup? I read through several posts that came up in the search feature. Thought there might be some more current info on how the OEM flat lens housing is, and if there is a red filter available yet.

The Dive housing they just came out with is the best. I make and sell these kits for it. http://www.ebay.com/itm/320942233102...#ht_926wt_1175

Re: Latest Recommendations for Go Pro 2 and Flat Lens

So, is the housing flat and upgraded or is the filter the upgrade?

Want to make sure I understand. I just bought a GoPro2 from a buddy and am not sure if this is the same housing that makes a difference or not.

I would like to get a filter too, they look great!

Hey Tony - those filters look sick bro! Do you have any video links of the new version being used? I assume it's a simple retro fit installation too.

Re: Latest Recommendations for Go Pro 2 and Flat Lens

The new dive housing from GoPro is awesome. I have one, and it produces good clarity both above and below water.

Only downside is that the lens obscures your view of the front LCD screen. Not a big deal though - just turn on "one-button-mode" in settings before you put the camera in the hosing. When it's time to film, just hold the front button for a second, and the camera turns on and starts recording.

Pm me about the filters and i will tell you everything you need to know about them. Id suggest if you get one that you use a dedicated dive housing for diving, and one for regular.
