Tuna Madness

My last pb didn't last very long.

Just got back from a 3 day diving trip and here's what came up for dinner.

The fish just kept growing so the first one was 88Lbs, second tuna was 132Lbs, the third 187Lbs and the last 265Lbs.

The other large tuna on the double picture was 243Lbs and even though it was longer than the one I speared, it was much thiner. Mine was completely full of large squid, it had tentacles sticking out of the mouth when I got it to the surface. Some of those squid were very big, with the mouth part bigger than my fist.

Thats the one with the squid sticking out of the mouth and the 265#. All the large tuna had lots of large squid, but some of them would throw up after being speared and come up empty stomack. I guess the steel gives indigestion to some of them.

It was an amazing site to see probably 200 tunas pretty much the same size as the ones on the last two pictures all together and swimming around me. After I shot the fatty and during the fight, I just kept on seing tuna swim by me, all of them large.

What amazing images to end the year with. That 265# fatty isn't bad either.

Saving my pennies. I can't wait.
