Check Out This Beast!

Big and Hairy and Ugly. Those Black Deck Squares are 12x12 inches. We cut it loose after the pic was taken.

Nice bug. Never seen a hairy one before. Seeing this reminds me of how my back looks when i look at it in the mirror.

Props for cutting him loose!

We need to keep the big breeders out there.

Re: Check Out This Beast!

I was over at Mori's shop a couple of weeks ago and he served us some very tasty lobster that he cooked, yummmm! anyway, he said " hey you wanna see a lobster w/ four antenna?" to which I said "sure!" so he brought out this
carapiece of about a 11/2 # bug that he had frozen, and sure enough on one side it had its normal antenna but on the other side there were three fully formed, lenght, diameter antennas growing out of the horn!

Would that piss you off or what, you go for a grab hoping to get one or the other(thinking there are two in that hole) or both and the damn thing comes out w/ four antenna. "hey I got jipped!"

Very cool to see!

Re: Check Out This Beast!

Great job on the release... that thing is definitely a larger model

I have never seen one with that much growth on it... why does this happen?, just normal growth like the bottom of my boat?
