Recommendation on a "dive parka"

I've been looking for a good jacket to wear between dives. I used to have one of those 3/4 length fleece-lined nylon jobbies, but the problem was that it had a zipper all the way down the front, and zippers rust unless you rinse the thing in fresh water after every use, which then of course means it won't be ready to use again until it dries a week later...

So I'm looking for a warm wind-proof (who cares about "water proof" when you are wearing it over a wet wetsuit) 3/4 length jacket to wear between dives (and after dives for the ride home) that doesn't have a zipper to rust.

Any recommendations?
