Many people in the keys,maybe this guy ,maybe not. Go out two ,three times in a day.the daily limit,is all you can take in a 24hour period. They can seize anything used to attain the poached fish or animals. Boats, truck, guns, rods, anything. They usually don't ,usually they take the game and issue a fine. If you show disrespect,you get what you get. If you offend more than once,you deserve what you get,or lose? People who think they deserve more than everybody else,deserve to be fined or jailed anyway.
You spear something on my boat you are not supposed to,the least of your problems are gonna be Fish and Game!
