First course has a good amount of interst. I am working on posting more dates for May, June, July, and August. Thanks to the crew that has already signed up!

We completed the first FII Level One freediver course last weekend out of PC. I had the pleasure of diving with Pat Green and some of his crew from Panama City Dive Charters, as well as Wil Spivey from Panama City Beach Aquatics Center. I have nothing but praise for Capt. Green and his crew as they are safe divers and really have there act together. Wil also runs a tight ship at the pool. After learning proper technique, he made a 3 minute breath hold look SO EASY! Capt. Pat has some dates at the shop for the next course being taught out of PC. I am hoping to post a video of them all making short work of the cave entrance at Vortex shortly.

I attended Joe's 2nd course out of Destin, great dude with tons of freediving/spearfishing experience! Wish I would have done this a long time ago, I feel like I finally learned how to do this safely.

The class is as fun as it is informative. I was amazing to see how much easier everything was with the proper technique, I've been doing things wrong for years! We are trying to keep Joe coming over to Panama City for these classes monthly. Looking forward to the one this Saturday Joe!
