Pismos are super good ground and sauteed with white wine, garlic, butter, and a little bit of finely minced pancetta and parsley. Just serve over pasta with some good crusty bread on the side, you will be mopping up the leftover clamsauce with it when the pasta is gone. Even better with some wild mushrooms in the mix |
