Need ENT near LA/OC

My ears are wrecked. I've have an on/off infection for close to a year now, and I've seen my MD a number of times and will usually throw some antibiotics at me and I'll be okay for about a week, then it will come back. Got so serious that the infection caused a perforated eardrum to come into play. Also, they've said that they can't see my ear drum because of the structure of my ear canal or some shit. All I know is that I'm close to losing my hearing for good, and I need the best specialist in LA/OC area. I have full coverage HMO insurance, and can probably obtain a reference to the ENT of choice from my MD over the phone. Some painful stuff going on inside there. Whole face/mouth/neck hurts from it, and painkillers don't really cut it anymore. Thanks for the help guys!
