Dive flag(s) question...
Am I allowed to display a flag on my boat in addition to a floating flag in the water when my sons are snorkling? Am I in violation by flying both?

You are not in violation of any laws. I will double up on flags and have one on my float when there is lots of boats in an area. I see to many boats ignore a dive flag on a boat when coming to a reef. Not that they will obey the one on your float but they at least try to go around it so it doesn't get in their prop lol.
