Re: visibility report

So is the visibility is usually better on the end of the Jetty? Was there on the 4th OF July...vis must have been 5 feet or less...saw huge sea turtles...2 big drum.. couldn't get a bead having saw them at the last minute due to vis (not the turtles)....I never went to the tip of Jetty due to the fishermen action..Got crowed quick due to a holiday. we stayed in the vicinity (50 to 100 yards) of that college pier structure. Id love to go back on a week day when the fishermen are few and hit the tip if its worth it. Anyone ever rode the ferry and speared the other side?

Re: visibility report

north jetty is usually cleaner water.less fishing pressure.more fish.look for flounder close to beach september and october.if water stays clear hope to dive n. jetty this weekend. the end of north jetty is usually productive for larger fish.but be careful and watch the current.
