I don't want to eat them now...???

I have a question for the expert bug hunters... I know this has probably been covered "somewhere" in "some thread" but my eyes are burning so bad right now due to lack of sleep. We hit the opener at midnight and then the baby was up early and my wife handed her to me for "my turn" so I really can't handle looking at the screen much longer.......

I got two lobster and I have them in the refrigerator but what is the best LONG term storage if I don't want to eat them today?
freeze raw?
cook first? then freeze?
pull tail off?
Could someone please give me some explanation, I'm sure there are others out there with a similar question

Thanks guys and I hope you did well last night or this morning
