Re: Neptonics Clutch

I would get the seavine 2 , much less drag and is actually a bungie , and 100' . I use a 100 for wsb and a 50 or 75 for reef and YT , that way they can't get deeper than I like to dive , with a 75'line the fish can get well over 150' and tie up

Re: Neptonics Clutch

Our patented Clutch system works best in conjunction with Neptonics floatlines and or pressure pro (3/8") min, and bungee (but we will custom this for you when you order both bungee and clutch, it can't be installed posthumously).

The Riffe line is too thin.

Call us for more info.

You guys coughed up the cash to patent this? Very nice. Without anything like it on the market that is a very smart move.

Worth the investment. One particular spearfishing company ripped it off almost immediately and started selling an inferior version. We put an end to that, promptly.

It's disheartening when you spend years developing new products only to find another company try to capitalize on your hard work.

We promote and encourage innovation but at Neptonics we've purposefully employed extra staff to try and allow Josh more time to focus on research and development. This is in part an investment on our end but it's ultimately rewarding to see products do well like our mechs, handles, floatlines and clutches.

One of the great experiences we've had at Neptonics is incredibly strong brand loyalty. We want to be the best spearfishing company we can be and you guys encourage that.

We've got some exciting new products coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter or check back onto our site from time to time.

Working for an IP firm it is maddening to see the things that go on in the spearfishing world. Ideas just straight up ripped off to the T. Not even an attempt at making it look original or even a modified version of what they are ripping off. I'm glad you guys are protecting yourselves and I look forward to the new products you come out with.
