Ya I do about the same, some zattarans garlic fish fry dip them in eggs or butter prior. About cuda's I see them around here everynow and again and they are usually not small around 40' and bigger are those ok to eat or ?...

cant say... i like a challenge and well they really arent for me so i have refrained from shooting them, thus i havent had to prepare it...

Bringing this thread back from the dead.

Just finished some Jack crevalle prepared as Limitless shared.

*Used barefoot moscato in leu of the homemade fig wine. Ended up marinading for a little longer than prescribed as well.

Was fantastic! Really mad I didn't shoot a few more this weekend when I had the chance! It's nice to put some food on the table, especially after paying for a charter.

There is a slight aftertaste, just a hint of fishy, which is ok with me, boy If I had used charcoal instead of gas it would have been superb.
