Re: 1.5m wanted
I got this one:
http://www.subprof.com/tienda/produc...WETSUIT+1.5MM+ But i dont like it too much. The cut on the forearms is strange and it will be loose unless your forearms are thicker than your upper arms ( which is rare). You can actually see that in the pictures. Other than that it works fine. Now i would add 50 bucks and go custom. |

Re: 1.5m wanted
I have a Hammerhead 1.5mm that I use for Florida and Mexico, as much for bouyancy/protection as for warmth. Closed cell, high waisted pant, hooded top, blue camo, loading pad on the chest.
Downside to the Hammerhead is that when dry it fits proper snug, but after some hours in the water it gets sort of waterlogged and baggy. It does not seal whatsoever, and the seams are stitched but not glued. Upside is that it was cheap, and it's relatively easy to take on and off... and if you are sleeping on a beach it is windproof and comfortable all night. I am used to diving out here in a 5mm open cell and if I was going to get another thin suit would pay a little more for a better quality open cell 1.5 that fits tighter--baggy suit drives me crazy. |
