Dive time

Hey guys in west coast FL., Just got a job as ex chef in the St Pete area. I live in Atlanta now but moving in July. looking forward to go shot every chance I get. Lived in HI. For five years and feel in love with Spearfishing. So if you guy could lend a hand on the lay of the water it would be great! as well looking for some dive buddies to hang with. Thanks

Re: Dive time

Welcome to the area! You couldn't be in a better place for spear fishing. Do you SCUBA or free dive? I go out most Mondays with a core group of divers on my boat, which can handle 5 divers with 2 tanks each or a mixture (fewer divers, more tanks). PM me and we can talk - we can even put you to work after we dock cooking for us - LOL

Re: Dive time

Sent you an email - hoping that December will be good for some close-in, clear water shooting where free divers will clean up

Re: Dive time

Further towards the south st. pete & south water gets deeper faster making blue water more accessible

up north of the Clearwater area and towards Pasco county longer runs to get to the blue water but the reef hunting is usually spot on..

welcome to the neighborhood*

Re: Dive time

Do you know this guy Ryan? If so, I'm assuming he's a freediver.
