Crystal cove fishing regulation?

Hey my friend and I want to go out spearing tomorrow but we haven't been in Laguna area since before the new 2012 fishing regulations have been passed. Where are we still allowed to legally spearfish there? Is emerald bay, crescent bay or woods cove still legal? Thanks guys
