Re: 120cm 3K Carbon Barrels For Sale

So the Salvimar sleeve comprising the band riser forces one of the two bands up and in-line with the shaft

the other band stays down and loads at the usual angle

having one of the two bands right up in-line with the shaft trajectory is sufficient to ensure the shaft maintains contact with the track [all other factors being equal]?

is that because it’s IN FRONT of the band hole? thus less possibility of getting wrapped up than if the line guide is located rear of the band hole? a la Pathos and Abellan

I don’t think so. I have looked at these before and I can imagine they perform really well.

The wrapping of the shooting line seems to be a little complicated though.

There are quite a few muzzle that work well on the Pathos pipes or pipes around 26.5mm ID. Here is an Epsealon muzzle for around $7. I added band elevator (with small channel for line) with epoxy putty to put the bands inline with the shaft.

Cressi has a pretty nice muzzle that aligns the bands. And it's cheap.

Re: 120cm 3K Carbon Barrels For Sale

Guys. Please. I don’t spend a lot of time on spear board because I actually am too busy spearing to waste my time on a forum about spearfishing. So every time I get a notification regarding my thread I expect it to be someone asking me about my barrels I’ve been selling. So when I check my notifications and find that it has nothing to do with what I posted it begins to really annoy me to put it politely. You’re more than welcome to spend the rest of your life chitchatting about muzzles but PLEASE do it some where else.

Respectfully-
Makoa
