Hi everyone ,


majority of us know some countries have issues with the marked part if you try to bring it with you in airport , Any idea how to remove this part temporary ?

You will need to support it on a block of wood with a hole under where the pin will be driven out and bash the pin out with a drift as large as the pin (but smaller than the "head") and a big hammer. One side will be headed up more than the other, so belt the smaller side and drive the pin out the other. That way you will not enlarge the mounting hole.

Preferably one big hit, don't just tap it.

The trigger sear can be removed with a simple punch out of the trigger sear pin. You need to be aware that the pin has a torsion spring inside it thus to put it back in you have to orient the spring correctly "spring hooks should be in preying manta legs position" and then put the trigger sear in the middle of the spring and line up the holes. Then sort of hook the arms of the spring on the elastic pin and push ... and then hopefully you have the holes aligned and can push the pin back in.
