Re: More about the inverted polispast rollers

Thank you for the responses.

Woodward, great report. I like what those guys have been doing and that report, makes me more interested. Ofcourse they can improve elements but the general design and power system is what is interesting and it seems to be getting a big Thumbs Up from you.

Memo, a craftsman. Nice building Guns. In a different language you have explained these things very clearly. Thank you.

Seal, those look great I want to see that thing shooting.

Lets see some more Videos?

Yes I did some pool tests and the gun was shooting perfect with one extra booster band. The video is bad becouse the head camera mount was not properly adjusted and shooting a bit low, but the results are obvious.

And finally you are on 3 bottom pairs and booster band. That looks familiar to me and test results did not surprised me. Great job!

Re: More about the inverted polispast rollers

Great Test Seal. With all that penetration I would suggest the name as the "Lexington Seal" model.

Re: More about the inverted polispast rollers

Seal, if you are doing any more Pool Tests in the near future, can you do a few shots with the Camera trained on the Muzzle or the whole gun body from the Side? High Rez.

That's a cool system stopping the knot. I figure the shaft would have left contact from the gun by the time there is any impact disturbance.

It's better to position camera closer to target so average shaft speed can be calculated analyzing the sound.

I think he is talking about this knot on yellow dyneema. Maybe best knot for this purpouse is Diamond https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSx4D6krQrY&t=377s knot with short end embeeded into long part of the rope.

Re: More about the inverted polispast rollers

Nevin, that would be great to do speed calculation. But I was hoping to see real close up of the gun shooting to see how everything moves and how the shaft exits.

Re: More about the inverted polispast rollers

Luckily for them, Dogtooth are a Mackeral so the Alemanni only had to pass the Mackeral penetration test.
