Well that is chopping the head off and running a wire down the spinal cord to cease all neural activity, but I thought we might get to see a bit more carving and chopper and meat saw work. Turning a big specimen into foodstuffs is a lot of work and you don't want to waste anything, but I never realized the head was something to eat as usually fish heads go over the side.

I had an Asian lady at work request Striper heads and she came back with fish biscuits or something and they were incredible.
