Personal best hogfish, not big enough
well I got my personal best hogfish for the St Pete Open, I was very proud of it, but it fell a little short. 15.65lbs landed me 5th place in the hogfish catigory and 32nd for the tournament. I did get a cool prize

Dude that is a hog of a lifetime. You should be very proud. As a freediver, if I ever break the 15 lb mark I would crap myself. That is a hog of a hog

Good news of sort, because of other people lack of values you moved up 1 notch 5th place Hog Way to Go! By the way Bonifide spear gun looks like a Death Stick Like yours. I will own a Death Stick some Day.

Re: Personal best hogfish, not big enough
thanks everyone, Hope you did well today in the gulf. So I got 4th place hog, and 31st over all. I would've been pissed if I could have had glass because of the person cheating though

Re: Personal best hogfish, not big enough
looks like someone went out the day before and shot there fishfor the tournament. This really doesn't change anything for me other then I would have been able to pick from the prize table a full round ealier

Congrats on the PB hog and high placement in a tough tournament. Sad that a speargun manufacturer would go to those lenghts to promote his product.

Re: Personal best hogfish, not big enough
yea well all I know is I would never own a Deathstick knock-off. I'm sure he will be loosing customer very quickly from this. I'm sure he will never back up his product, when he won't even shoot a tourney fairly.
