That sucks, I heard a similar report PM area 5 feet, BR maybe 10 but very dirty and 72 degrees. Hopefully it blows out quick.

Yea, we went to BR yesterday and did 1 dive, pretty much the same thing, 1 foot vis and cold. I forgot to mention we did get boarded by FWC 20 miles offshore on Thursday for a safety inspection, good to see them keeping folks honest.

Went south today....viz about 5' with 63 degree temp on the bottom @ 95'

We went out yesterday on 9/4/16 out to BR and viz was 50 foot.The thermocline was gone.Nice warm water all the way to the bottom.Loaded cooler with sheeps.lionfish,mangos,and managed 5 lobster.2 being nice big ones.Also one scamp.Did one drop on the way in and vis worsened a bit maybe 20 ft.

15 to 20ft vis at Elton today. Managed 4 bugs despite swimming into a strong current on both drops. We landed an 8lb triggerfish between dives, thing looked like a baby mola mola. Gorgeous conditions topside

Decided to be guinea pig
HL-BR 5-10 ft vis TG 38-40 miles 15ft vis still snotty and snowy Top side beautiful. Lake atlantic. Medium to Strong current Hopefully these stroms and nor'easter end to let the bottom settle down. Good luck to anyone who try's again please post conditions. |
