Alaska to Baja - West Coast North America Spearfishing Tour

The West Coast of North America Spearfishing & Adventure Tour 2017 will be split into two sections. Both approximately two months long. The Northern section will go from June through July, covering Alaska all the way down the Pacific coast though B.C., Washington, Oregon and Northern California till Southern California. Then a seamless transition into the Southern section in August through till the end of September which will cover Southern California and the whole Baja peninsula section. Using my truck, travel trailer and kayaks, we will travel, live and explore these remote and wild places.

So far part of the tour is Gio Vitalie from Northern California, who will be a partner for the whole tour. And Matt Depaoli from Queensland Australia for just the Southern section of the tour. Leaving one two month position for the Northern section.

If you are serious and interested in being apart of the tour. There is only one positions left for the two months Northern route. Send me a personal message on Facebook or email if you would like to interview and we will go from there. (This position is available to anyone who could benefit the tour and be fun to travel with. If you have specific skills or experiences, I would value that highly.)

To be clear, this is not a charter. This is a chance to go to some of the most remote places in the world to see and experience amazing wilderness areas and spearfishing along the way. While spearfishing some monster fish along the way while capturing it on film to later show the rest of the world that couldn't make it!

Re: Alaska to Baja - West Coast North America Spearfishing Tour

I grew up in Southeast Alaska (mostly around Juneau, Admiralty and Chicagof/Baranof Islands) and went diving, year round, while growing up. Whenever I had free time I was in the water. Back then I didn't spearfish, just dove for fun.

You can access a lot with your truck and kayaks using the Marine Highway, but a good skiff you can beach will open up a lot of areas you couldn't otherwise access, in my experience. The current can be too much for a kayak due to the 30'+ tidal changes.
