i was there a few weeks ago same story kid shot a short tog out of season with no flag. so i swim over to him while he has the fish out of the water on his paralyzer tip and let him know the regs. apparently he didn't take what i told him but karma's a bitch and it will come back to get them.

I was there last night and a group of young kids walked past me on the jetty with a few pole spears and smaller guns. I asked them why they didnt have a flag and just looked at me like i was the idiot.

Agreed I saw some dude diving off the tip of squan inlet side. No flag. Boat traffic. Jeeez people.
