I guess this makes clear the "freezer included in limit?" question.

Only reason for not replying to your original answers is becuase all your answers are all illegal (bending the laws to the limit). If you find yourself with a well versed officer who DO know the actual laws - rest assure you will be getting your fair share of citations.

On the bright side. As proven here. Some officers DO NOT know the law they are enforcing. So you carry on.

As far as how much you have in your freezer and the amount of divers in your house, it would be 2 days posession for each person, but only in extreme cases is the FWC going to look in someones freezer.

The posession law is very clear as to when it applies and it isn't just on the water or transportation.

A guy got busted for having 1,000 lobster tails in his freezer at home.

LOL that is the stupidest thing i have ever heard! im in my computer lab at school and actually started laughing!!! I think you guys should stop preaching and just relax.... Chill out and go shoot some fish, damn

It's obvious this idiot is uhhh....an idiot and just wants to start shit. He's probably about 15 and has nothing better to do with his time. after all, he can't even spell "posession ? " correct..LOL
If he wants to keep his "two day quota " in his freezer, thats good for the rest us ! I'll keep killin and fillin !!

I guess it is pretty clear what the law is.
