Out of JP 30-14-21
Went out trolling for macks and kings. Plenty of macks out there. Didn't have any kings on . On the way back in. Stopped in 40' to bottom fish a small reef. All little stuff . Could see the reef and sand from the boat cockpit. Lost a real nice mack to a big cuda. So, the water is warming up quick.

Re: Out of JP 30-14-21
Fished on 3/13/21 in 68' with my buddy Jason. Don't fish so much anymore, and really enjoyed the day. Goal was to target hogs and then come in and run trap lines for tripletail. Never caught a Hog and only saw one short tripletail after running a lot of traps. In between we caught about 100 fish. Lots of small fish of all varieties on light tackle. Kept 3 mangos and a few grunts that I fed to a very good and very spoiled dog. Did get a solitary hit on the flatline and landed this very unlucky king. 60# mono flouro leader, but he was hooked in his neck under his ventral fins.
