Re: Ultimate Ceviche

I dig the addition of the tangerine juice. I sometimes soak my fish over night in fruit juices before I cook them. It really adds a nice flavor into it. Sometimes, sometimes I just fck it up. Haha

oh I was thinking YOU ARE THE MAN, until the ketchup. It may be great with everything else you listed but I'll never know. Me personally I like to add a chopped jalapeno. Really making me hungry.

Q.
I boiled the pus and the shrimp, and added them when everything was put together. It mixes in pretty well actually.

It's just tomato, vinegar, and salt. Adds three things that I wanted in my ceviche.

I usually cook ceviche more basic, and cut in 3 serrano chilies, but this time I was going fora a sweeter ceviche.... it's actually the best I've ever made.

Sorry buddy, awesome ceviche recipe. On the other hand you have probably derailed hundreds of my post, but I didn't complain. To each his own

Re: Ultimate Ceviche

Fantastic. I like to add a habanero chili. It keeps most others out of my bowl after one taste.
