Question Unattended skiffs in Palos Verdes

There's a beach in Palos Verdes with couple skiffs and kayaks laying out unattended without paddles. Some are locked down and some aren't. Is this like an honor system or something? Because I was thinking about bringing some of my own paddles and taking one of the skiffs out for a dive.

Really.....They belong to the locals. IMO feel free to bring a knife, a drill, a can of spray paint and anything else you can to identify those kayaks, etc. I really don't like when guys throw jigs at me while I am in the water!

In case you can't pick up the sarcasm, don't use them. You're risking getting beat up, arrested, rocks thrown at you, your vehicle vandalized, and any other douche-baggy thing you can think of.

Thanks for clarifying, I wasn't sure if he was serious or not lol. I figured since they were so old and beat up no one would mind. But yeah, I won't use them.

Total local sh#t scenario and sorry for my misdirected comments. I've had one guy in particular throw his jigs at me twice trying to keep us from diving that cove. His sh#t mouthed comments were lame too. Makes you want to do something stupid. Total douche bag.

That blows man. Worst thing that has happened to me so far is having a few surfers drive buy and call my buddies and I faggots as we were walking to the beach lol.

As I was gearing up I had a guy try to tell me that the vis sucked and there were no fish, as I saw a wsb tail in his trunk lol. It happened to be 20+ that day and croaking as loud as could be.

I wouldn't **** with the locals gear in PV lol
