$3,150,000 for 21 Acres a little pricey, no?

No we think the price is fair.

Good question! With 21 acres of golf coarse quality greens and multiple feeders set up around the property these deer are very spoiled, almost like pets and don't go very far. We have seen many deer give birth over the years, and their fawn grow up and give birth as well. So we estimate this is either the 6th or 7th generation of deer living on the property.

Edit: Getting within 15-20ft of the deer, no skittish at all.

You have to consider the cost and logistics of building a runway in the middle of Big Cypress. When you add aviation and planes to anything the cost gets beyond ridiculous. This is the kind of place public figures go to get away from people.

Spot on. This cabin has everything you need to live off the grid for 3-4 weeks at a time.

You can access the camp via swamp buggy from one of the back country access points off 41. 2 functional buggies are included with the sale. And I hate heights as well.

I don't see why not during archery season. But we don't shoot our pets.

Yes, for the area but still a lot smaller then Bucks from the Carolinas or other areas. My great Dane is bigger then some of the females lol. - Heres the avg. size of the female turkeys. The males were more or less wiped out this recent turkey season.
