Ultimate Ceviche
Meats: 1 lb. Calico bass, 2 lb. Sheephead, 1/2 octopus, 10 scallops, 1 lb. shrimp. (Boiled the shrimp and octopus)
Juices: Tangerine, orange, lime, lemon. Vegetables: Onion, cilantro, tomatoes, pasillo chili, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, tomatillo, cucumber, mango. Sauces/spices: Garlic salt, sea salt, pepper, ketchup, tapatio. Last edited by Dawn Patrol; 02-15-2011 at 10:56 PM. |

I dig the addition of the tangerine juice. I sometimes soak my fish over night in fruit juices before I cook them. It really adds a nice flavor into it. Sometimes, sometimes I just fck it up. Haha

oh I was thinking YOU ARE THE MAN, until the ketchup. It may be great with everything else you listed but I'll never know. Me personally I like to add a chopped jalapeno. Really making me hungry.

Fantastic. I like to add a habanero chili. It keeps most others out of my bowl after one taste.
