Galveston Freedive Pool Training
Hey guys, I was just putting a feeler out there for anyone who would be interested in starting to do some pool training. I've been out of the water for quite a while now since December and wanted to get my breathold back to where it should be.
I'd like to start doing pool sessions with a reliable buddy who is safe and I can rely on for regular sessions. The TAMUG pool is heated so, if you go to TAMUG, we could do it there. I'm down for wherever on the island really. I'd prefer someone who is PFI or FII certified and someone who has around a 4 min static. Let me know if you're down to start training for this summer! Ben

Re: Galveston Freedive Pool Training
My bad Ben, when your over your cold let me know, ill be happy to train with ya in the pool... what kind of training/workouts did you have in mind?
ps. my 330 static is partially due to meds that i take that elevate my heart rate as a side effect... but that wont hurt the training... |
