Re: decent fins for under 150.00???
Thanks I checked it out.....there are so many brands picasso,omer,cressi,beuchat....the black teams look to be pretty good price wise...but how comfortable are they for shore diving...?

Re: decent fins for under 150.00???
when you get your fins, make sure that you size them with socks appropriate for where you're diving. if your socks are too small, and your fins will slip, and you may just lose one. too big, and you'll get those cramps in your feet that you hate. I HIGHLY recommand Picasso Black Teams and their Freedive Hunter socks. I won't use anything else. I've dove other fins and socks, and I'm definetely sold on these.

Cressi Garas are , in my opinion, the best fin for the money. Period. Have seen them as cheap as 94.00. (Leisure-pro)

Re: decent fins for under 150.00???
another vote for the cressis. if you want more flex, get the 3000's. softer foot pockets than the omers. don't know anything about the picassos so i can't judge. cressis are cheap for what you get

Re: decent fins for under 150.00???
I think the cressi's 3000 are 140.00 plus shipping and the 2000's were a stiff blade for shore diving from what a few people have told me.....

Re: decent fins for under 150.00???
3000's are $94 http://www.leisurepro.com/Prod/Categ...FG3.html?Hit=1
2000's are $85 http://www.leisurepro.com/Prod/Categ...FGL.html?Hit=1 yes 2000's are stiffer which is why i mentioned 3000's since you said your legs would cramp.

Re: decent fins for under 150.00???
So now I have the cressi's and the picasso's.....the cressi's are cheaper but are they a better fin than the picasso's.....there seems to to be more votes for the cressis than the blackfins???? decisions....decisions...

Re: decent fins for under 150.00???
All I beg is that you don't order from Leisure Pro. I know this debate is on-going in other places on the board, but when you order from Leisure Pro, you're getting second hand stock, and you're taking the business away from diver run, local, honest dive shops. I beg you, spend the extra few bucks and get them from your local shop.
