26' Shamrock Hard Top

A great fishing or diving boat.

Huge space in the back for all your gear and friends. Has a front cabin and an enclosed head.

- Hull is 1988, Engine is 2010.
- Repowered with new GM 350 six years ago and used lightly since (about 450 hours total on the engine). Oil changed regularly. The engine is fitted with the custom made aluminum oil pan to prevent corrosion. The oil change system is setup so you can easily pump the oil right from the bottom of the pan through the access tube provided making oil changes very easy to perform.
- Straight shaft (1.25") with a keel drive makes sure you never get stuck and protects your prop.
- Draft is 2 feet but with keel drive you can be safe no matter where you are.
- Economy Cruise 2900rpm at 15 knots, Fast Cruise 3200rpm at 18 knots and WOT is around 24 knots. I was told by a couple of mechanics that these numbers can be improved upon with a different prop but never actually investigated.
- New aluminum fuel tanks installed last year. The new tanks are total 104 gallons and made out of aluminum stock that is twice thicker than the original tanks. - All fuel lines, filters, pumps redone with all new components.
- New alternator just installed last week.
- 14 rod holders.
- Aerated bait well with dashboard switch.
- Bennett trim tabs with dashboard controls.
- Mufflers installed one year ago make it very quiet and allow you to keep conversation at cruising speed.
- Delta plow anchor with 20' chain and 250' rope.
- 3 bilge pumps with manual override.
- Raymarine navigation, fish finder, plotter, GPS with Blue Maps.
- Raymarine VHF radio.
- Have all the inside cushions stored in house and never used on the boat so they are in perfect shape.
- Dual batteries setup with a switch.
- Armstrong dive ladder
- Jim Buoy Life Raft in roof mount.
- Large in floor fishbox and HUGE amount of in floor storage.
- All interior has been completely redone with starboard material to make it very easy to keep clean (All original teak is included in the sale in case someone would like to do a full teak restoration).
- LED Deck Lights
- LED convenience lights inside pilot house.
- Lights in both cabin and enclosed head.
- Comes with two axel aluminum custom made trailer with torsion suspension and all new hubs (all hubs updated last month for the Keys Lobstering Trip).
- Trailer has a two speed heavy duty winch and LED lights.
- Towed comfortably by a regular truck (Nissan Titan 5.7 V8) so HD truck is NOT a requirement.

Great boat for fishing or starting your own charter. It is built like a tank. Have been through a couple of big storms in it (8-10' waves) and it just keeps plowing like a tank. It is in perfect condition and runs great. Too big for my needs so I am downsizing.

I'm very interested in the boat. What year is the hull? How can I contact you for further questions?

I sent you PM with my phone number. The hull is 1988 and the engine is 2010. Sometimes here PMs do not go through - if you do not get it let me know...

Price Reduced to $19.5K This boat is ready to go. You will never find a trailerable sport fisherman like this one. Very clean, simple to operate and dirt cheap to maintain. Advanced auto parts carries most of the engine parts. You will never feel like you have been had after your engine maintenance...

Wow, I can't believe this boat has not sold yet. What does the boat weigh, and how much does the motor burn in fuel per hour?
I have a 28ft phoenix with a 230 yanmar diesel in it and understand about down sizing. Thanks, Joe.

Boat weighs around 5,500 lbs. I get 2-3mpg when cruising at 2800 at 14knots. The total speed according to the GPS was 21 knots (24.1 mph) and it eats much more then. All in all it does not consume that much fuel at all. And it is so heavy that it really does not make much difference how loaded it is. Very sturdy and good in the rough seas.
