new custom build

Working a my first build.
Aiming at a reef gun that can still take out something bigger just in case =)
Now testing the cnc machine on MDF laminate.
I don't like the way the muzzle came out. New design on the way.

I wouldn't rush into Teak. Looked like you could make some changes from that original. Sometimes you need to make one run from mdf just to understand the machine.. then start over from total scratch. then run one test from mdf, then teak.

Yes, still running more tests. Made several MDF and Playwood samples.
Moving the mech pocket backward. Band hole forward. Reshaping the muzzle. Making the mid-body thicker. Bands slot in the works.
tks for the comments

Re: new custom build

With the advantage of CAD drawing and CNC routing you could go with less squarish shapes and still get a perfect symetric stock (think Abellan).

I commited to build a CNC router with a friend of mine and we purchased all main material ... say 1,7 grand total... but still have not started. At all.
