PV Viz
5-8 ft. Water is murky and muddy, little signs of life. Was in and out of the water for 6 hours, no change in viz as tides shifted to high in the evening.
Tailed around a few lackadaisical schools of anchovies around the kelp, but that's about it. This was my first time out at PV, my first experience is a mixed one, have a few questions if anyone would like to PM me. NOT trying to steal or ask for spots, just a few questions regarding a specific spot that I hit today. Calico and sheepshead taste great guys, but the goal this summer is to hunt down a respectable YT or WSB. I've been doing research, (I'm almost positive I can creep up/attract them) but I realize that I have to find the bad boys first. It may take some time to find because my kayak is a boogie board. I'd appreciate any help. PS: Found a fishing kayak washed up on the rocks by the tide. It had a slit in the front region of the hull, but it seems to be repairable. |
