Re: California Spearos Lost and Found

I lost my GoPro Wide Angle Camera in it's housing around the Point Vicente lighthouse about 100 meters off of shore the kelpbeds in Palos Verdes...
The memory card has a couple pics of a black coonhound dog, a sea anemone, and someone spearfishing. There is a headlamp style head strap conncected to the housing.

Lost a Picasso Black Team fin at the inside reef at Aliso last night. Swimming in circles kind of sucks...

Blue D3 with Velcro Suunto band $100 REWARD if found
Laguna Straight off Cress St.
It is somewhere very near the pertruding rocks closer to shore, no more than 30 feet in any direction of the EAST side.

Hopefully an honest diver will find it if anyone does.

Re: California Spearos Lost and Found

Buddy lost a yellow/blk Aeris scuba fin south of Bird Rock on the night of 10-3.

I lost a big bug when I held it up to admire it, and it kicked away.
What the heck, it was probably a female anyways

Re: California Spearos Lost and Found

Lost: 75cm Omer, rigged with white spectra and a reel with the same spectra.

A pair of Picasso Black Teams, plastic blades.

A regular nylon weightbelt with soft weight pouches, and about 4 pounds in it.

My dignity.

Was row-trolling a rapala on Friday 10-9-2009 along the northern Dana Point breakwall on my kayak and got a good hit. Swiveled around to take the rod out of the holder and forgot the gear that was in my hull had shifted to one side and I rolled it. The lost items were strapped down in my tankwell, but when I rolled it, the weightbelt came unstrapped and ripped the other two away. My dignity went with it.

Hit turned out to be a small bonita. It died for it's sins.

Re: California Spearos Lost and Found

seems to be a lot of gun losing of late

i used SS screws and put a pet id tag onto my gun with name/phone#/email etc

i figure that way if someone finds it, there's no way they can justify anything in their head. they have to be OK with doing the wrong thing.

hope you guys get your stuff back.....

if anyone lost about 1/8 - 1/10 of a blue cobra xl kayak a couple hundred yards off topaz jetty, it's now sitting next to the trash can by the lifeguard shack down there....
