Great little video. Love the shot on the first one. It did not even know it had been shot. I like how you woke it up.

After Bouncing my Polespear Tip off of more than One Large Halibut's head and watching it Swim off to Probably DIE,( and how Badly that feels afterwards), I started aiming for that little Fin on their back. Now that I am using a Speargun, I just naturally aim for that same spot! And while there have been some that have been STONED by the spear hitting the spine, most still have WAY TOO MUCH LIFE left in them after the shot! I still like Pole Spears better for the CONTROL of the fish after the shot, but I like Spearguns better for the Power and Distance you can aim from. I guess some people are never happy! Thanks for Watching!

Go surfing. Big waves are about as good as flat water spearing.

I notice you get very close, almost to ensure that your spear is still trapped in the McGyver-style enclosed muzzle on many of your shots? Is that intentional to control the fish or do the shots just work out that way?

Other than that, I still can't say I spot every halibut in your shots. Getting better but not there.

One REALLY COOL feature of the FLIP ULTRA HD is the Video comes out Significately Clearer than the actual Visability was! Some of those shots I almost had my face planted in the Sand while Hunting because of the low Visablity, so the distance from the fish when I shoot isnt always well known. I dont like when the spear is still not out of the Circle Bolt when the Fish goes Crazy; Thats how I broke the Plastic Tip in the first Place!
