Re: Stuart or Jupiter vis. Reports
Yes - some of the bulls coming up on my deco stops in the blue water had cobes.
The low viz was on the bottom - ran into a shark with a head as wide as my shoulders in that bad viz that was sorta spooky. |

Re: Stuart or Jupiter vis. Reports
Ya that's pretty sketchy. I hate sharks when the vis is bad. How were the seas offshore?

Re: Stuart or Jupiter vis. Reports
I went out on the Lake Worth/Palm Beach inlet on Narcosis yesterday, the guides jumped in at 3 different locations, north of the inlet was less than 5ft, just south of the inlet was 10ft at best. I heard down in the Boca area they had 100ft+ of visibility.

Re: Stuart or Jupiter vis. Reports
Did two tanks out of Stuart yesterday. 1st dive was a 90 ft dive. Seas were 2-3 ft and we had about 50 foot vis, 74 deg on botton. Second dive was 65 ft. Seas picked up to 3-5 ft and we had 25-30 ft vis. Shot some nice fish. Good to get back out.

Re: Stuart or Jupiter vis. Reports
3 drops on 12/8, seas were 2-3', water temp was 74 on bottom at 75'. Blue water on top with strong south current. All dives were between 88 and 65' with vis at 20-25'. Shot some grouper. No bugs.
