Post you favorite fish pics from 2012

Post you favorite fish pics from 2012 and tell a short story. I thought that I didn't get to dive much this last year but after going through my pictures I realized I had plenty of quality trips. Shot some personal best fish, made some new friends, and had some great times. Hopefully this year will be similar.

Double Tap Warsaw. Deep barge in state waters. Put two in the head for insurance purposes.

Personal best cobia shot on Rob Murphy's boat. Came out of a huge school of cobia on a deep wreck. Super rough that day. Caroline stuck out the whole day but I don't think she said one word the entire trip.

Personal best mutton and cubera shot on the same dive. Next dive I back dove the spot that Chase shot the black grouper on and shot a bigger mutton. Mutton was 19lbs, cubera was 25lbs.

Enjoyed diving with you this year Pete, looking forward to getting out more in 2013. The cobes are already starting to show up, they will be here in full force soon.

I'll dig up some pics.

Re: Post you favorite fish pics from 2012

I got out a lot this year, got some big fish, and put others on some trophies as well. Heres some memorable ones, in no particular order:
Ponce in Sept for Red Snapper mini season: My best gag of the year went 38#. My red snapper was 26. Anthony got a big one too:

Spring 'saw in Palm Beach:

Chris and John came out diving the cobia run. I didn't get a cobe, but they did. I did manage a PB 38# permit.

Kevin put the biggest gag on the boat this year, this 46# toad, out of the deep water off Stuart:

Christina put one of the biggest cobes of the year on the boat, while I fended off angry bull sharks. Mike got a nice one too:

Antony and I with 1st and 2nd place jacks from the TC Shootout:

This cobia had been to hell and back, and thought he was safe. Louis changed that:

Great cobia day on the Emerald:
