RI Tuna/wahoo

Anyone hit any of the inshore spots near RI like coxes, mud hole, the dump, etc.., for diving/fishing for bluewater species within 30-40 miles of land

Been itching to hit the dump to chase some blue water species but haven't heard great reports except for mahi.

This is my first year doing it, so I'm learning, but it seems like the inshore bite is a little late/ nonexistent this year, except for the epic week of giants in July.

Curious if anyone else has been out, or can shed any knowledge.

Yea that'd be awesome to get a few buddy boats out there to share reports and keep as a safety net.

We ended up going out to some inshore spots on friday. Tons of small mahi, but no sign of tuna.

If anyone has a spot open going out this weekend, I would be happy to take one for the team and spend a day offshore. Of course Id pitch in for gas, and anything else that I can.

Your best bet would be to post on New England Spearos Facebook page. If you're out there. Keep your eyes peeled. Even a Single Bucket Floating around can have a Pyramid of life underneath it.
