PFI C02/02 Tables
I'm took the PFI course in Kona a couple years ago and was using the 02/C02 tables in the student training aides section on their website since then. It has been about a year since i used the tables, and I just tried to open them on my IMac computer yesterday from the PFI site, and I couldn't get them to start properly. I updated my Java to the latest version, but that didn't get the program to open up.. Has anyone had a similar issue and come up with a solution? Is it something specific to Apple's operating system?

Re: PFI C02/02 Tables
There are great apps for the phone, and most are free, that have training programs, including O2 and CO2 tables, for free diving. My two favorites are Apnea Trainer and Static Trainer. Apnea Trainer uses pranayama breathing techniques to help develop diaphragm and lung strength. Static Trainer has the O2 and CO2 tables. Both offer a stopwatch function for max breath hold purposes, and it logs your times so you can track improvement.
