Roatan express

Anyone ever dive it? I know it’s deep but any recommendations as to where the fish like to hang out on that wreck?

Re: Roatan express

I’ve dove it a few times. It sits in 180’ and is a well known wreck. Vis can range from spectacular to poor depending on currents and conditions so it can be a crapshoot with a long drive. It normally is a good jack spot but I have seen nice grouper and mutton on the deck.

This is definitely a tech dive and all cautions should be taken. The wreck is older and fished often so there will be tons of heavy braid fishing line and crumbling wreckage to be aware of along with summer bulls and lion fish.
