Re: socks or no socks that is the question...

In the old days there were no socks and booties were $65.00. Needless to say we wore our old tennis shoes and used the money to buy beer. We dove the jetties in Port A every chance we got. We would enter with our arms threaded through our fin straps and put them on once we were clear of the rocks. I use booties diving offshore now but lately I've been using the wife's socks and her fins. They are very comfortable. I don't think I would want to go barefoot anymore. I always had to deal with blisters on the tops of my toes when I did. I wish this DAMN wind would lay down for a few days in a row and let the gulf settle down already. I've not been wet since that last trip you and Rodney went on. It's time to fill the freezer back up.
