Between that video and his other video I keep entertained all the time. My wife thinks there is something wrong with me because I watch them over and over.

As soon as I saw your thread I knew it would be a Monkner video.

Harmer (Albondiga) posted one recently that was pretty mind blowing and I think Balta posted one from Dam a while back that was epic too.

But I'm with you, if I see one every five dives, I'm stoked...

Man, that's like shooting fish in a barrel. How hard could it be to land one of those over sized sea trout.

Re: Could be the Greatest WSB clip of all time?

Monker is a very passionate diver, especially on WSB. Met him a couple of times on same dive spot. After I start talking to him, I realized is the same guy posting the videos on YouTube. Very knowledgeable guy and friendly about giving you advise on WSB hunting, which was very helpful for me.
He was telling me stories and one of them was exactly of this clip. He said he saw the school under neath him, but he didn't want to move or even flinch his fins bec didn't want to scare them. So he was just sinking and dropping right in the middle of the school, till his breath was out. Told me he recorded the whole science .... And here it is .
He has more videos that he doesn't want to upload them.
Very respectful about the ocean. He won't shoot another WSB if he still has some in the freezer (that's what he told me).

Remember the old story when he shot a WSB in La Paz. It was briefly mentioned in a thread a few years ago too.
