New shipwreck - anyone heard of this vessel?

Identified a new wreck today off Boca. Its a 40-50 foot long sailboat in over 300 feet of water. Looks to have been down at least 10-15 years based on the amount of oyster growth. Took a sledge to clean off the bow and find the name: KRINGELINE. Any East Coasters hear of the S/V KRINGELINE -- perhaps a friend of a friend once owned it? I'll put the word out on Florida Sportsman as well, as I would like to learn the story behind this one...looks like she was once a pretty boat....









FWIW, the nice fish in the image is a baby toad (~50 pounder).
