Re: Deep Run (With Video)
First, this is probably the most awesome wreck identification & spearing videography I've ever seen hands down. Absolutely amazing. You gentlemen are professionals!
Question regarding the open circuit diving rigs: I noticed 3 tanks, one main tank and two pony's. Anyone care to shed some light in terms of dive planning & gas management for this specific set up? Hypoxic trimix in the large tank, travel gas in one of the pony's and O2 for deco in the other pony? Curious. |

Re: Deep Run
Man everytime i see a post from headhunter i rush to see the pics… The Only question i have is i've seen this spearfishing show where they have commercial spearfishermen and women spearing fish in the gulf middle grounds, etc…. and anybody in spearfishing who knows about spearfishing in the gulf coast especially commercially knows you guys are the go to guys. did they ever ask you guys to be a part..? cause i stopped watching the show cause most of (not all) the stringers were of small fish and you guys don't seem to shoot anything under 20lbs unless its a scamp.

Re: Deep Run (With Video)
Thanks for the kudos. It is a great feeling to watch a good friend spear something special. Unforgettable in my memories.
As far as the TV show, well, in a nutshell, the vision that the producer had for the show just didn't appeal to me.
