Re: blue fin

I can see it now...

A lone spearo sticks a steel toothpick into a bluefin attached to a weight belt...

Low and behold, the Navy nuclear Sub "Enterprise" is close by on the shelf playing war games with a Russian Typhoon class nuclear sub...the sonar seaman tells his skipper, Capt. Kirk, "Ah, sir, we have a problem. We haven't seen or heard anything like this before"... a blimp on the screen traveling super fast followed by a smaller blimp on the screen. Capt. Kirk takes no chances. "This is advanced" says Capt. Kirk, and says "looks dangerous" as the two blimps head towards them.

Capt. Kirk tells the Admiral at the Pentagon "Ah, sir, we have a problem". Red phones start ringing all over the planet. Moscow denies everything. Even Iran says it has nothing to do with it. But tensions rise as the blimps get closer and closer...

Capt. Kirk gets the dreaded encoded message...He gives the order "OK Scotty, light up the tubes!".

The bluefin suddenly notices an annoying itch behind his ear and turns...

Now the Russians get really nervous as the two blimps head towards them! The " Red Dawn" skipper gets the dreaded encoded message from Moscow and gives the order "Light up the tubes!".

Exactly what happens next gets lost in the fog and is besides the point...birds start flying all over the planet...its Armageddon!!!!!!!!

...all because some lone curious spearo wanted to experiment with a weight belt for purposes other than what it was designed...and not PADI approved.
