Hey DockRat ..... You're Wrong AGAIN!

Posted by DockRat : DFG law states all releases must be quick and at the same location.
Traveling with catch and releasing it at a different location is a DFG violation.

Disclaimer; I am not calling you a DFG Violater and Poacher but it appears that your posts may suggest otherwise possibly

Three Scuba Fever Divers dove North PV this Morning. We found Light Fog, Calm Seas and nice Underwater Visability with Lots of Life. Even a nice Flattie was Invited Home for Dinner. Back at the Dock we were Met by a DFG Warden who did his job in a Very Polite and Professional, if not Friendly manner.

Before He left, I posed your Statements to him and asked for some Clarification. After listening, he asked me "What Kind of Moron would make such a Statement?" There is NO LAW prohibiting The moving around of Lobsters and the eventual release back to the water, assuming 1) It is Lobster Season, 2) You have all the necessary Licenses and Cards, and 3) You have no more than 7 Lobster in your Possession.

There are laws about FRESHWATER FISH and the movement of LIVE FISH from place to place.

So Once again ...... Kindly keep your Insight and Interpretations to yourself in Regards to any of my Postings. Also, I'm still looking for your Pics of you and your Speared Fish.

Re: Hey DockRat ..... You're Wrong AGAIN!

ONE Wardens Opinion.

Can you back it up by posting the law from the DFG website ???

Please provide link.

I'll look it up and prove you and the warden wrong after work tonight.

Storing Lobster tails is Illegal Too. You guys could not back that up either just some other Wardens Opinion.

Put up or shut up.
I did not want to call you out on being poacher in public but I you want to dig yourself a grave then I will bury you

Dock Rat:

Are you asking him to show a pice of law that says it is okay to move lobster? The game laws don't cover everthing that is legal mostly it codifies things that are illegal and those things that aren't covered as illegal aret thereby legal. Only a moron would ask him to prove something doesn't exist. The ball if firmly in your court to prove the existance of the restriction.

Why are you on this forum? And why haven't you been banned yet?

You are the definition of a troll. Can a mod please make a beneficial ban and get rid of this guy?

Re: Hey DockRat ..... You're Wrong AGAIN!

dockrat, i'm pretty sure that the regulations just state that you have to bring your take ASHORE in condition where it can be measured.

want to point out the section that says it's illegal?
convoluted logic dosn't work with me, lets see the actual F&G code

Yup, if it's illegal it will be in the regs, so you can post a link of that.
