new hybrid
This is my first hybrid, it is mahogany, purple heart, and lace with zebra wood handle grips. I made it a takedown hybrid, but will not use the same method to attach the barrel for future takedown hybrids. I guess this was kinda a exparament and have learned a bunch on this build.
I will post a pic with the muzzle tomorrow because thats when the owner is coming to get it and he has the muzzle. Good thing hes my friend because this thing has a few "oooops's"... Oh well I guess. Hope you guys like it.

Re: new hybrid
My buddy gave it to me like that. He took it to a machine shop and had them take it off.

Re: new hybrid
Nice gun! Is it easy to make a long accurate tubular hole in the gun to allow the tube in? I think longer ET wood guns would really benefit from a metal or CF tube to control any micro warping of wood that can really rob power from an ET gun.

Re: new hybrid
No its not my shop, I am in the dental field and make teeth for dentists. I have my lab set up in two rooms in my house.
Quote:
Right now it is held in with friction (quite tightly I might add), but I wasnt sure if my buddy wanted it pinned, or screwed, or held in with a set screw so I just left it with nothing so he could use whatever method he wanted.
